I have recently graduated with my MSN and passed the ANCC board certification exam for Family Nurse Practitioner. Also, of note in my most recent full-time position as Home Health Supervisor for Arizona Homecare. In this role, I was responsible for supervising my team of 25 clinicians and offering supportive care with their patient caseloads up to 25 patient a week. I would review orders, work with the pharmacy team and support staff to ensure the clinical staff has everything they need to care for our patients. I have worked with Arizona Home Care since 2013, working as case manager in the field and now as PRN staff during my transition into my new role as a Nurse Practitioner. It is in this role that I developed exceptional time management and organization skills. I am seeking a job with a company that is passionate about patient center care, making changes to healthcare that benefit all patients within our community. As a new graduate I am ready to learn from the expertise of my colleagues to provide the best care to our clients. With my skill set and proven track record, I can be a valuable addition to the right team. My next goal is to complete my certification in Mental Health, emphasizing in adolescence.
