Hi, I’m Katrina! I am currently a Customer Success Manager and aspiring Product Marketing Manager with years of experience channeling the voice of the customer and strategically positioning key value propositions. I have a proven track record of driving increased product adoption and crafting impactful content. In my current role, I work closely with Product and PMM teams throughout the go-to-market journey to identify product gaps and enable the feedback loop on new Beta offerings. I have designed sales and CS enablement resources, as well as worked cross-functionally to support product launch strategies and complex customer escalations. My customer interactions inform everything I do, allowing me to create strong messaging which ultimately results in deeper engagement, increased stickiness, and better outcomes for clients.
