About Katrina Marks

I originally started off as a sales associate at HHGREGG, then quickly moved into a customer service position, which I found out that I really liked helping people. To further my career I moved into the Operations Manager position at HHGREGG and then soon after promoted into the delivery manager position for deliveries in the area of Richmond covering 3 different stores. After my time at HHGREGG, I wanted to try something new and different so I started a new career journey at Niagara bottling as a shipping associate. From there I moved into a lead role, wanting more for myself I applied my skills and knowledge as was then promoted into the Warehouse Supervisor role, which i was in for 2 and a half years, and then promoted into the warehouse manager position for our new Baltimore plant. I enjoy the leadership that comes with the role and the ability to help and watch other associates grow and develop. I put my best foot forward at all times, and continue to push to make sure each day was better than yesterday.
