About Katrina Pride

Katrina is an HR professional with A/NZ and Asia Pacific region management experience and subject matter expertise in HR disciplines at large international matrix organisations. In her current position, she provides HR support to a team of 780 people including a leadership team of 15. Her specialistion in this role is working on large scale change programs as well as being a very hands-on practioner, supporting a high volume of employee case management, career and leadership development training to front line managers and general day to day operational matters. In her prior role, she was the HR Lead for a ‘Diamond’ client at Accenture (450 FTE in ANZ + 1100 offshore), in which she has designed the people strategy in consultation with the Managing Directors and delivered creative solutions to create an engaged workforce, develop talent at all levels and grow the ‘right’ leadership. Previously, she led the Asia Pacific and China IBM Recruitment Team; a team of 33 in 11 countries.
