I possess a strong background in designing benefit plans and have successfully implemented new employee handbooks and policies regarding leave, vacation, and sick leave to accommodate a remote workforce. My expertise extends to managing workers' compensation and unemployment claims, as well as developing and enforcing new company policies and handbooks. Throughout my career, I have implemented and tested various HRIS and payroll systems, which has enriched my knowledge base significantly. I am proficient in generating reports for EEOC compliance, conducting audits, and performing sample testing for Form 5500. Additionally, I play a key role in designing benefit plans, developing compensation and incentive structures, ensuring tax compliance, and overseeing all aspects of payroll compliance and processing.I am continuously seeking improved methods to enhance productivity, develop more comprehensive reporting, ensure data accuracy, and introduce innovative procedures to adapt to the evolving requirements of the various departments I engage with is a priority for me.
