About Katrina Young

Katrina joined the Marketing team at ING as a contractor in January 2025 where she currently supports marketing, corporate communications and events. Prior to joining ING, she was EA at Frederick Loewe Foundation, supporting the President with operations and administration. From 2021-2023, Katrina was an Associate at Suvretta Capital - working within their healthcare fund, Averill. Prior to that, she provided operational and marketing support for RMS Titanic/EM Group as Business Development Manager for 2 years. She has over 6 years of experience working at notable funds Coatue and Blue Ridge Capital as research assistant while providing additional support for HR. Highlights of her experience include: 10 years experience supporting C-Suite, Portfolio Managers as well as IR and HR Expertise in building strong relationships with brokers, clients, investors and candidates - at all corporate levels. She excels at in-depth research, always striving to increase her knowledge in new areas of interest (e.g. biotech, pharma, ocean exploration) Demonstrated ability to grow within roles while seeking out areas within the company where she can add value. Katrina has a BA in Economics/Art History from Fairfield University in 2011 and grew up in the North Shore of Long Island.
