About Katrine Boesgaard

Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety and Quality (2024) from DTU, I am passionate about ensuring quality and safety standards within the food industries. Currently on parental leave, I am seeking a position in quality assurance, quality control or product development from February 2025. I bring hands-on experience in quality assurance and control from the QA-QC department at Coop Trading, where I gained hands-on experience by e.g, monitoring compliance with food safety standards by conducting control projects on products and internal processes. Additionally, my background includes a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from DTU and 4 years of experience as a consultant in the building industry, which has given me solid skills in analysis and understanding of regulations I am excited to connect with professionals and explore opportunities to apply my skills in quality assurance, quality control or product development within the food industries.
