I am Katrine van Wyk, a Brand Experience and Wellness Consultant and Health Coach based in Europe. I lived in New York for over 15 years, working with private clients and with Functional Medicine practitioners, including many years in Dr.Frank Lipman MD's practice and as part of the original opening practitioner team at THE WELL NYC - as well as in PR and brand development. I am a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received my RYT200 Yoga Teacher certification at Yoga Works in NYC. I also hold a BA in Liberal Arts from the New School University NY in Media and Culture. I started writing about my health discoveries and published three books: Super Powders, Best Green Drinks Ever, and Best Green Eats Ever – focusing on giving people the tools to cook, eat more nutritious foods, and take good care of themselves.
