About Katso Ramodimoosi

Hello! I’m a Policy Analyst working in Canada’s renewable energy sector with a background in international affairs and global development. My experience spans public policy research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication, with projects ranging from clean energy policy to global health governance. I’m particularly motivated by impact-driven work that applies rigorous analysis to improve long-term outcomes for people and the planet. I’m dedicated to ensuring my career works towards advancing evidence-based, globally minded solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges, from climate change to biosecurity and technological risk. I enjoy collaborating across disciplines and sectors to translate complex ideas into actionable policy. If you’re working on effective altruism-inspired policy, climate and energy transitions, or AI and global health governance, I’d love to connect and learn from your work. I hold a Master’s in International Affairs from Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School, where I specialized in Health, Displacement, and Humanitarian Policy, and a Bachelor’s in Global and International Studies with a minor in Economics from Carleton University.
