As a lifelong advocate for animal wellbeing, I’ve built my career on the belief that compassionate care and strong leadership can transform lives—both human and animal. In my current role as Practice Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital in Chatsworth, I lead a team of dedicated veterinary professionals. Together, we care for 25+ dogs and cats daily, operating with a core philosophy: a better world for pets. Whether that means getting a newly adopted puppy or kitten a healthy start to life through preventive care or squeezing in a last-minute sick visit, we prioritize access, empathy, and excellence in every patient interaction. My leadership approach centers on open communication, collaborative team dynamics, and conflict resolution that builds trust. I take pride in supporting the growth of my team while maintaining a high standard of care and client satisfaction. Banfield’s ongoing involvement in nonprofit partnerships and community wellness initiatives aligns deeply with my passion for animal advocacy. I’m proud to be part of an organization that works to expand access to preventive care for underserved pets and pet parents. Outside the clinic, I extend my advocacy through volunteer work, providing socialization and enrichment for cats at a rescue awaiting their forever home along with providing assistance in coordinating adoption events. I’m always eager to connect with like-minded professionals who are passionate about elevating animal welfare, strengthening veterinary teams, and creating lasting change through leadership grounded in compassion.
