I am a senior clinical vascular scientist and general and gynae sonographer working for the NHS. I started my career working for Tomorrow Cardiovascular (formerly Independent Vascular Services) and I held this position from July 2013. I now hold a position at the Morecambe Bay NHS Trust, since April 2022. I am accredited with the Society of Vascular Technicians and have been since December 2017. I am proficient in the full range of vascular ultrasound scans and perform upper and lower limb peripheral arterial, varicose vein, deep vein thrombosis, aorto-iliac artery and carotid artery investigations on a daily basis. I am also experienced in carrying out giant cell arteritis (GCA) ultrasound scans. I am currently setting up a new GCA service within the Morecambe Bay trust.
