About Katy Jones

Born and raised in San Francisco, and a graduate of the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts, I bring my creative innovation to every position I hold. Be it challenging problem solving, or new marketing opportunities, I have a unique perspective and exceptional attention to detail that allow me to both offer exciting new processes and effectively implement those processes at scale. At present, my proudest professional accomplishments have been the development of an internal bespoke case management system, and the creation of a thriving in-house webinar program for continuing legal education. Beginning in 2016, I assisted in the development, building and implementation of AMS, the ADR Services, Inc. Case Management System which is a cloud-based case administration system developed exclusively for our company. I worked with two other team members and a software development company to build this system from the ground up. The robust system integrates calendaring, document storage and generation, invoicing through quickbooks, correspondence management, and reporting functionality, all in compliance with California legal requirements for ADR Providers and consistent with our internal case administration policies. As MCLE Coordinator and now Marketing Production Manger, I have developed a substantive in-house MCLE program where we present continuing legal education programs via Zoom Webinar on a regular basis. I work with neutrals to develop educational and engaging content, create visual content including dynamic and visually polished slide decks and handout materials, and market these events, which are presented to statewide and at times national audiences ranging from 300 to attendees. In all of my roles, I manage other teammates, and develop internal training materials and processes to improve operations and communications. I have trained 20+ new staff members in case management, graphic content development, and interpersonal professional communications.
