I bring 30 years of experience leading efforts to address housing and homelessness at the local, state, and national levels. My career has centered on building stronger communities, advancing systemic solutions, and ensuring that vulnerable populations have the resources to succeed. I have a track record of leading high-performing teams, driving policy innovation, and managing complex funding streams. Over 13 years, I oversaw local, state, and federal funding strategies—leveraging millions of dollars and forging cross-sector partnerships to expand impact and outcomes for individuals and families. Most recently, I served as Senior Regional Advisor at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness. For 11 years, I worked alongside community leaders, federal policymakers, elected officials, tribal governments, and people with lived experience to implement the federal plan to prevent and end homelessness. My role centered on breaking down policy and structural barriers, guiding communities to maximize funding opportunities, and briefing decision-makers to shape sustainable solutions. At my core, I am a coalition builder and changemaker. I thrive on fostering collaboration, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals, and turning complex challenges into actionable strategies that deliver lasting impact.
