About Katy Paulson

I plan trips of a lifetime and custom getaways for discerning travelers and groups that help them deepen connections with the people they care about and create enduring memories. I want my clients to enjoy every aspect of their trip, from the moment we meet until they return home from their spectacular vacation. By removing the stress and overwhelm of planning, the dozens of hours combing through websites and reviews, and the concern about getting all the details right, my clients' dream vacations actually feel like a vacation. My clients benefit from: Premium Service and VIP Treatment ~ I help my clients maximize their vacation investment. As a Virtuoso affiliate, I can secure amenities and experiences that travelers can't get on their own, such as upgrades at hotels and credits at the restaurant or spa. Peace of Mind ~ whether you need assistance while traveling, or an unexpected interruption occurs, I get right to work with my supplier partners to make sure you are taken care of. I'm an expert in the fine print, here to make sure your travel is wisely planned and protected. Detailed Planning and Communication ~ I partner with carefully vetted travel suppliers to design an itinerary that matches your goals and travel style for a perfectly tailored experience. I complete all the bookings and confirmations, then include every detail in your travel documents, down to pick-up times and local contact numbers at your destination. The Gift of Time ~ Travel planning takes time, whether it's researching options, coordinating activities, making bookings, or (hopefully not) changing or canceling disrupted itineraries. When you leave the arrangements in the hands of a trusted professional, you gain countless hours and peace of mind.
