I am driven by providing a high standard service that encourages clients to return to us, and finding opportunities to develop and learn. I currently work as a Intermediary Mortgage Expert speaking with brokers and solicitors dealing with active applications, potential new applications and rate switches. I also speak with existing customers discussing their mortgages, options and processes should they want to make changes and discussing available products for rate switches directly with customers and their active payments. I have had experience as a team leader within a customer service environment. In this role I most enjoyed the organisational/panning duties included in this role and as well as the people and performance management, achieving development with the team and for the business. In addition to customer service I have experience as a dance teacher. Dancing is passion and I love giving back to the community via dance, helping children develop skills, make friends, find their own characteristics. I am really keen to get back into teaching dance in addition to my day to day work. within Barclays i have received a number of recognitions for my dedication to providing excellent customer service to our clients an for demonstrating Barclays values been awarded for the value of excellence. I am a very determined lady, self efficient and always keen to find opportunities to develop and learn keeping me engaged. Outside of work i mostly enjoy been active, attending dance classes, exercise sessions, bike rides.
