About Katy Spray

I enjoy accounting for small and mid-size buisnesses, and excel at bringing order to chaos and making the compexities of business financials understandable for stakeholders at both the top management and mid-management levels. At eb5 skincare, I managed the accounting, forecasting, strategy and daily operations of eb5 Corporation - a small skincare company in Portland, OR and positioned the company for acquisition 2017. During my tenture I took over management of a small business that had a large projected loss for 2015. I was able to reduce the loss 30%, and kept losses low in 2016, despite a dwidling marketshare and loss of major accounts at that time. I accomplished this by bringing many aspects of production, sales and shipping logistics in-house and guiding the marketing department towards the highest ROI projects. I created a strategic business plan for eb5 to increase its ecommerce sales and position it for acquisition. The acquisition completed in May and I am now seeking my next challenge.
