I am Cloud Security Support Specialist at Autodesk, with over 10 years of experience within the customer service industry. I help account teams respond to customer concerns regarding the security and privacy of our cloud products. Autodesk, Inc. is an American multinational software corporation that makes software services for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, education, and entertainment industries. The manufacturing and construction industries are undergoing a profound transformation with the arrival of cloud/mobile/social/big data technologies and new approaches such as additive manufacturing and IoT. With that, Autodesk’s business model transformation provides our customers access to a broader set of tools and a means to consume what they need, when they need it and from any device they want it on. Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities such as snowboarding, kayaking, snorkeling and camping.
