Hello! I’m a collaborative leader with experience driving programs, managing operations, and overseeing financials for various Google products. As a Program Manager, I've been able to utilize my excellent organizational and analytical skills to develop and implement programs and tools that significantly help product launches run smoothly. I enjoy working cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure alignment between teams. I pride myself on being an excellent communicator who can convey complex information concisely to all audiences, build effective partnerships, and develop strategic networks, which consistently result in successful programs and product launches. Some of my proudest accomplishments are around the development of strategies and initiatives that drive impact and empowerment. I have: Developed positive relationships with internal partners throughout Google to support new and continuing initiatives, allowing smooth adoption of plans across teams Built tools to manage and report on product launch data, which has brought visibility to launches and valuable insights to our team and business partners Led ERG groups at Google that have helped empower underrepresented groups, support career development, and foster a culture of inclusion For just under three years, I had the incredible opportunity to work in Chile for PwC. Stepping outside of my comfort zone, conducting business in a foreign language, and being exposed to a new culture was amazing, challenging, and extremely rewarding. I am open to working internationally again in my career. I'm excited to continue developing programs, processes, and strategies that help drive sustainable and successful business operations.
