About Kauani Lima

As a Partnership Manager at Pearson, I work with multi-academy trusts and schools across South Central England to create the right offering for their learners, teachers, and leaders. I have a certification in iSell, a sales methodology that helps me understand the needs, challenges, and goals of my customers and tailor solutions accordingly. I am passionate about education and being part of big changes in children's lives. I believe that learning helps children find their passion and express themselves daily through creativity. Before becoming a Partnership Manager, I was an Account Manager at Pearson for three years, where I built and maintained strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I also supported the implementation and delivery of various products and services, such as digital learning platforms, assessment tools, and curriculum resources. I have a strong background in customer service, having worked in various roles in the hospitality and retail sectors. I am a mum to a lovely boy and a wife to a loving husband, and I care about making a difference and making this world a better place where we can all shine.
