About Kaushal Shakya

I received my Batchelor of Technology degree in Agricultural Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and a Master of Technology degree in Irrigation & Drainage Engineering from Sam Higginbottom University of Agricultural, Technology & Science, and also I done an AUTO-CAD course from MITSU to give my imagination into physical appearance. My studies focused on the resource development and management side of agriculture. I have always been interested in the science behind farming, which is why I chose to pursue a career in this field. Through myeducation and training, I have acquired the ability to conduct extensive research and to use this information to help solve current problems facing the agricultural industry. My experience includes working as a Designing Engineer (MIS) and Sr. Sales Engineer aide for Two years and Eight months and my duties included designing of drip and sprinkler system working in an office and working out in the field. I possess very strong communication skills with the ability to convey the results of the data collected from my research and other important information in a clear and concise manner when conducting presentations and through written reports. My personal skills also include being self-motivated, focused on my work and having the ability to accept responsibility and work efficiently without supervision. My easy-going attitude and ability to get along with others from all ethical background is also beneficial in this field. I am looking for an opportunity to work for a growing company where I can use my knowledge in Agriculture, science and modern technology to help find solutions for some of the problems associated with agriculture and I am open to different positions in this particular agricultural field.
