About Kaushika GP

I am an experienced Supply Chain Manager with 9+ years across Manufacturing Logistics Tech and Consulting currently developing solutions for the U.S/ EU/UK markets. Post my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering I started my career with L&T Defence as a Senior Engineer. I managed the end-to-end project management (design sourcing and project delivery) of accommodation and paint systems for high-value defence shipbuilding projects. I have worked in multiple projects ranging from Interceptor Boats to Landing Platform Docks for both domestic as well as foreign navies. I was also part of the Lakshya long-term strategic planning initiative for L&T Shipbuilding. After nearly 4 years in L&T I completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership at the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women. Upon completion I worked as a Program Manager (reporting to the CEO) with Fortigo Network Logistics a tech-based logistics platform where I managed strategic programs across 15+ locations. I have also represented the company in the local media for product launches. My time at Fortigo provided me with valuable exposure to the supply side of the logistics tech business. Upon completing a year with Fortigo I decided to move towards building a career in supply chain consulting. I accepted a position as an Analyst with Pando which helped me understand the emerging role of digital SaaS platforms in supply chain management. At Pando I was a part of the value delivery team helping transform client needs into scalable features in the product. It also helped me with the demand side understanding of the logistics tech business. During my short stint at Pando I worked with three Fortune 500/Indian blue chip companies to digitally transform their supply chains through the SaaS offering. Further I joined Beroe Consulting as a Senior Analyst specializing in the Warehousing and Logistics domain where I helped Fortune 500 companies with their procurement challenges and enabled them in streamlining their warehousing and logistics procurement processes especially in the areas of 4PL Logistics E-commerce Logistics and Supply Chain Consulting Solutions. I currently work as a Supply Chain Consultant with Latentview Analytics. I help clients maximize sales optimize costs and build supply chain resilience through supply chain analytics solutions. I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion in supply chains.
