About Kaushlender Kumar

I hold a master's degree in Computer Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland (2020). I have more than eight years of experience in developing and maintaining projects for clients from various sectors including finance gaming oil and gas healthcare and insurance. During my master's study I explored technologies such as Python PostgreSQL Docker Amazon Web Services and GitHub. For the last two years I have worked (internship and work) for the consulting company Dynamic Management Solutions in BC Canada supporting their clients as a senior technology consultant in charge of developing new applications and supporting and upgrading existing applications. I also worked on a short-term contract for Electronic Arts Inc. in BC Canada to develop analytical prototype models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Before coming to Canada I worked at Evalueserve Chile S.A. for a multinational bank's fixed income team as Research Lead. I was responsible for full-stack application development automating tasks developing new products performing data quality checks and rebalancing and maintaining bank indices. I also upgraded the former version of the bank I.T. technology platform into an advanced one. Prior to this I worked at Quant Capital Pvt Ltd as a Software Developer in India for three years. There I was responsible for gathering and understanding the client's requirements and designing and maintaining software products within the company.
