She told me my passion to go beyond the obvious and desire to research everything had reminded her of this. My confidence, verbal and written communication skills, ability to present the bigger picture in a concise way, innovating thinking and strong work ethic coupled with an inquisitive self-starter nature has been recognised by all my line managers and stakeholders. Hi! I am Kaustav and first and foremost, I am passionately curious. Beyond that, I am a data-driven result oriented professional, ‘passionate’ about strategic transformation. I help navigate strategy into execution. I have honed my skills across end-to-end business and program life-cycle, ensuring the teams I have worked in, continue to high perform and deliver successfully. My roles have afforded me opportunities to work with multi-geography teams in matrix organisational models, close interactions with MD-level stakeholders, as well as peer groups and SMEs on cross functional deliverables. I love to dig into the problem statements at the intersection of strategic priorities and time + resource availability and solve those with my innovative thinking and self-starter attitude.
