As a Warranty Advisor at Wren Kitchens, I provide excellent customer service and support for the UK's number one kitchen retailer. I use my master's degree in advertising and marketing from the University of Hull to communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues they may have with their products. I also leverage my skills in content creation and social media marketing, which I developed during my internship at HypeBee and my role as a student ambassador at the University of Hull. I have over two years of work experience in various fields, including biochemistry, which was my bachelor's degree major at Olabisi Onabanjo University. I am passionate about learning new things, solving problems, and creating value for customers and stakeholders.
