About Kavan Shaban

I've been building software-driven organizations since 1995 — dropped out of undergrad in 1996 to go start my first software company and never looked back. Thirty years, a few industries, and a lot of hard lessons later, the thesis is the same: build systems that scale, automate what can be automated, and stay ahead of what's next. The fields have shifted — security, then healthcare (Persona Doctors, nine years, thousands of patients), now AI infrastructure. What hasn't changed is that I'm always the person who wants to understand how the machine works, then make it run faster.Since January 2026, I've deployed a custom OpenClaw infrastructure across my operating companies. Autonomous AI agents handle treasury management, payroll, mail monitoring, legal drafting, HR, and development workflow — every day, without hand-holding. I call it my AI management team. They don't take vacations, they don't miss details, and they keep getting smarter. The current focus is always-on AI infrastructure services — building the patterns and playbooks that let small teams operate like much larger ones. kavan.com is the latest proof: a genuinely AI-native multilingual platform that doesn't translate, it thinks in the language it's speaking. If you're building in this space — or want to build alongside someone who's already running it in production — I'm here.
