About Kaveen Hewage

I'm Kaveen Uthpala Hewage, and I have gained valuable hands-on experience during my internships at Stafford Motors (Pvt) Ltd Sri Lanka (Authorized service dealer for Honda), the Petroleum Corporation Sri Lanka, and Diesel and Motor Engineering PLC Sri Lanka (Authorized service dealer for Mercedes Benz). These opportunities have allowed me to comprehensively understand automotive systems, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service in the engineering industry. Working directly with technicians and service advisors, I have acquired practical knowledge of diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. In terms of education, I have completed a National Diploma in Engineering Sciences at the Institute of Engineering Technology, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. And I completed my bachelor’s degree in Engineering Sciences in Mechanical Engineering at Riga Technical University, Riga, Latvia with an exceptional final grade. This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
