About Kavitha Anup

I am a Freelance Trainer eager to make a difference in the lives of people around me.I have been associated with Smart Life Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides training sessions to blue-collar workers in Dubai and with Team Everest ( Chennai based NGO)and handling sessions on problem solving skills and critical thinking to college students. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Nagpur University and PG diploma in Training and Development from ISTD. My core competencies include training delivery, training evaluation, and research skills. As a Freelance Trainer, I design and deliver customized training programs that cater to the needs and goals of the diverse learners from various labor camps. I use various methods and tools to assess the impact and effectiveness of the training interventions, and I conduct research to identify the best practices and emerging trends in the field. I am passionate about empowering the workers /students for a better tomorrow by unleashing their dormant potential and helping them to learn new skills that could transform their career and lives. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as I have a background in both business and biology, and I have worked with different cultures and communities.
