Audit Management - Managing the audit functions spanning conceptualization of audit policies, systems/procedures for exercising optimum control- Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out internal / statutory audits for client- Preparing and finalizing the accounts of companies and ensuring all compliances under the various acts and other statutory bodies- Making recommendations to the management in order to that accounts are prepared and maintained in conformity with statutory obligations- Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of inter branch and inter – company transactions- Conducting periodical internal audit & compliance audit and verification and valuation of inventories for the purpose of finalization.
