I am the Founder of Thrivity Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing access to and the quality of education. As a Non-Profit and CSR Consultant my work involves collaborating with corporations government bodies and educational institutions to implement and execute meaningful projects that contribute to the advancement of education. My journey in social work began with earning an MSW at the Department of Social Work RGNIYD a formative experience that laid the foundation for my skills in the field. With over a decade of experience spanning both Profit and Non-Profit Sectors I founded Thrivity Foundation with a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of individual actions guided by the motto “One Person Can Make a Difference.” Outside of my professional commitments I've been actively involved in supporting social causes through volunteer work with organizations like NEF Jamaica Foundation (UN Online Volunteer) and V Force (UNV India). My focus in these roles has been on brand promotion and communications. Additionally I specialize in crafting compelling presentations for fundraising purposes. Currently I am pursuing a Ph.D. at the Department of Management Studies IIT Madras to further refine my expertise in Non-Profit Management particularly in the realm of education.
