About Kavitha Srinivas

With a degree in Fine Arts and Masters in English, I began my career as a Graphic Designer at Anugraha Advertising in Chennai. I Worked briefly as a designer in R Meyson Marketing, Singapore. I’ve been an entrepreneur too and set up my own design firm, Kreations in 1996. My clients included EID Parry, MRF, KCP cements etc. Alongside, my interest in the Arts led me to start a Tanjore painting training and marketing unit. I’ve exhibited in many cities, across India. My passion and love for children and education led me to become a pre-primary teacher at KIds Central ( KC High) where I grew to become the pre-primary Head and campus in charge. Equipping myself with a Cambridge Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, I have used my expertise to train educators, as a Pre-primary consultant in various schools. I also have a certification in Design Thinking from Stanford University. I enjoy working on creative projects in the Education space and believe that my varied experience provides me with an interesting perspective and understanding of both design and Education. My current role as the Head of Media and Communication at Chetana Education, helps me to leverage my strengths and my interests to build the brand’s identity across various social media platforms.
