About Kavya Achar

I’m a Program Manager passionate about building meaningful learning experiences that truly make a difference. At NxtWave’s NIAT (NxtWave Institute of Advanced Technology), I manage the Computer Science Program, ensuring students are not just prepared for today’s tech world, but ready to lead it.My career started in traditional education as a biology teacher, giving me a strong foundation in how students learn best. Moving into ed-tech, I combined this knowledge with innovation—first at MyCaptain, where I led the UI/UX Design course, and now at NIAT, where I drive academic operations, student engagement, and continuous program improvement.I hold a Master’s degree in Microbiological Sciences and Immunology, along with a Project Management certification from IIM Indore. Over the years, I’ve built a unique blend of academic expertise, operational leadership, and a deep belief that technology can transform education.I’m always excited to collaborate with people who are equally passionate about education, design, and technology. Let’s connect and build the future of learning together!P. S: If you want to shape up your career with NIAT, you can reach out to our Career Guidance Experts here : https://bit.ly/NIAT-T2TXZT
