About Kawkab Ahasan

Quality-focused engineer with 1+ years of industry experience at Intel, supporting advanced semiconductor process development through CMP recipe optimization, SPC monitoring, defect reduction, and equipment qualification. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and hands-on problem solving in high-volume manufacturing environments. I thrive at the intersection of data, design, and operations—using hands-on experimentation, DOE, and advanced analytics to solve complex problems, improve yield, and ensure reliability. I’ve led cross-functional initiatives that reduced variation, enhanced process robustness, and enabled smooth technology transitions from R&D to fab-scale production. My MS and PhD research focused on microfluidic and semiconductor device development, with extensive cleanroom-based fabrication, modeling, and testing aimed at real-time biothreat detection and MEMS applications. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, collaborative problem-solving, and advancing technologies that have real-world impact. Let’s connect if you’re interested in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or process innovation.
