About Kawthar Esseili

With over 10 years of contributing to projects, and as a recent certified project manager, I'm passionate about driving organizational success through team collaboration and synergy. I excel at aligning processes with people management to foster personal and team growth while contributing to larger goals of the organization. My skills include facilitation, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, communication management, systems thinking, problem solving, innovation, and research. In addition, I have a strong record of volunteer work promoting social cohesion and responsibility through cultural events in Lebanon. I'm a Climate Reality Leader, and have received awards for Human-centered Design thinking training and cultural exchange. My education includes a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Georgian College - Canada, a Master of Science in Environmental Science from The University of Toledo - USA, and a Master's degree in Applied Animal Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Lebanese University - Lebanon. I have work experience with Waterlution, WeWorld Onlus, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), SAWA Group Organization, Mercy Corps, American University of Beirut, and Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) in various roles such as facilitator, coordinator, supervisor, translator, water quality expert, and research assistant. Overall, I'm dedicated to delivering results and driving success for organizations and teams through collaboration and innovation.
