Capt Carbon is a seasoned Air Force officer with a diverse background spanning both active duty and reserve service. As an Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA), she holds the position of Chief, Strategic Execution for Air Combatant Command's A1 Director. Her expertise is further utilized through various roles within the A1 portfolio, which she fulfills on Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) orders. This dual capacity highlights her high level of leadership, strategic planning expertise, and commitment to serving the Air Force in multiple capacities In her current full-time role as Project Officer, Capt Carbon is part of an integrated resiliency cell. This critical role involves collaboration with a range of teams, including Equal Opportunity, Military & Family Readiness, True North, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response, and the Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce. Her career showcases diverse experience, including time as the Wing Force Support Officer for 960th Cyberspace Wing, contributions to USSOCOM as Family Programs Director for the Department of Defense Warrior Games, and training in Health Services and Nutrition. Her ability to excel in demanding environments is further demonstrated by her previous positions as Executive Officer for the 960th Cyberspace Operations Group and Director of Equal Opportunity at the 927th Air Refueling Wing.
