Over the years, I've spearheaded the transformative projects to bring sustainability to our daily life in various industries, from water, energy to logistics. Currently, as COO of alfred24, a fast-growing parcel and postal tech startup, I motivate a cross functional team with a mission to revolutionise the last-mile logistics in parcel delivery industry on a global scale. I specialise in optimising processes, reduce costs, and enhance team efficiency, contributing to scalable and profitable operations. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and implementing data-driven decision-making to improve business performance, and aligning strategic business goals with key stakeholders, leveraging my PMP® and Prince2® certifications in project management.
