About Kay McCarthy

My experience is rooted in leading growth for iconic brands in times of great uncertainty and stagnation. I have led teams to align on the foundations of great strategy essentials : where we are, where we need to get to (vision), what the customer's needs are, what insight will unlock growth, what we do better than anyone else and why it matters and how we can going to get to our vision.I bring great passion to my work, strong engagement but above all well focused clarity. I believe that at the end of a great strategic process, it needs to be distilled to a strategy-on-a-page, that everyone can deliver to. At MCCP, we set the bar high and we bring our clients on a strategic journey that is engaging, but above all it is rewarding as it achieves results that endure. This is because it is predicated on a consumer truth, a marketplace reality and a true assessment of the organisation's capabilities.
