Complacency isn't my style; I thrive on turning ideas into tangible results and rallying teams to achieve organizational goals. Passionate about social change and community engagement, I've had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary individuals at 211 Big Bend. From answering Helpline 211 to the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, our team handles nearly calls monthly, ranging from mental health crises to housing assistance inquiries. Recognizing their invaluable service, I've made it my mission to support and elevate their efforts, whether through community outreach campaigns or securing funding for TV commercials to broaden our reach. One standout accomplishment is the record-breaking success of "A Night of Hope," where innovative engagement strategies and creative event planning led to consecutive years of fundraising milestones. Collaborating closely with the organization's leadership, I've gained comprehensive insight into our funding structure and daily operations. Currently, I'm spearheading the creation of a formal outreach program to expand our impact within Tallahassee and the surrounding counties. Through strategic partnerships and donor cultivation, I'm committed to ensuring long-term financial sustainability for our initiatives.
