About Kay Suneja

Based on the vast work experience that I have, I believe that the common interest is direct customer service. I am outgoing and engaging which I find key to my success in my previous employments starting out as a customer service representative. I then worked in a hospital as a staff nurse and did some part time job as a nursing preceptor teaching students. I also explored other branches of the healthcare industry and became a medical coder, which enhanced my eye for detail, patience, perseverance and leadership as I eventually became a leader of a team of medical coders. I then proceeded to explore other opportunities overseas. Being a nurse here in Australia has paved way into a lot of different opportunities and experience for me in different areas of nursing. This includes: being an acting clinical manager, an ACFI coordinator and a staff nurse at an aged care facility, a registered nurse at a sub-acute hospital which also includes community nursing for their GEM at home program, and lastly, having exposure to the different acute hospitals and other healthcare facilities across Melbourne during my time as an agency nurse.
