About Kaya Gross

Hospitality Foodservice is where my passion grows, and with that comes cultivating relationships built on trust and successful missions. Hotels, stadiums, convention centers, and chain restaurants are where my skills were sharpened in the past decade. I work with decision makers in the hospitality industry to uncover their food and beverage presentation needs, develop and deliver solutions with a clear strategy. By listening and communicating, my client’s dream vision can be realized as we work in tandem to create, implement, and execute upon a shared strategy. From openings to remodels, Covid19 recovery, or day to day refreshers: my goal is to assist the client in creating a flawless guest experience. There is a fierce unity and camaraderie within the food & beverage hospitality industry. We come together, support and applaud one another, whether it's for Thanksgiving dinners or hurricane rescue or moral support. I believe everyone in the industry can make a difference in the communities we serve. Ask about the life-changing work my clients have achieved with me. During Covid19, I launched a website The Velvet Hammer. This effort delivers sales training, coaching and guidance for female sales & business professionals. A labor of love, a dream of many years, this endeavor grew inside me as I amassed years of experience (the hard way) in a predominately male-driven industry. I am proud to call strong women my mentors and hope to continue igniting the same hunger and fire in others.
