I'm a ServiceNow Professional with a passion for empowering people through IT and wellness. As a current Teaching Assistant at Creating Coding Careers, I help aspiring ServiceNow Professionals to learn the fundamentals ServiceNow Administration and prepare for the job market. As a Workstream Lead at ICF, I led Knowledge Management and Virtual Agent projects. As a current Process Manager at ICF, I provide critical support for software development teams using the ServiceNow platform. My background in retail, project management, and coaching has given me insight and experience in diverse areas. After obtaining a BA in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University, I completed an Information and Technology certificate at MyComputerCareer, received my Transformation Coaching certificate at an ICF-accredited coaching program, and then followed up with certifications in Security Fundamentals (MTA), ServiceNow Administration (CSA), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), My core strengths include coaching and mentoring, leadership, project management, and creative problem-solving to drive results. My work involves helping professionals to achieve a sense of well-being in all areas of their lives. I do this in two ways: 1.
