I am a seasoned nonprofit leader, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Certified Sex Therapist with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, program development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Viola’s House in Dallas, Texas, I am passionate about transforming maternal health outcomes and creating sustainable solutions for underserved populations. My work centers on addressing the social determinants of health, empowering individuals and families through access to stable housing, education, transportation, and critical healthcare services. With expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and community advocacy, I strive to lead programs that inspire independence, resilience, and generational impact. In addition to my leadership role, I bring specialized knowledge in sexual health therapy, helping individuals and couples navigate emotional, relational, and physical intimacy challenges. This certification enhances my holistic approach to care, recognizing the importance of sexual health in overall well-being.
