I'm all about creating smoother journeys - making unclear things clear, and helping people carve out a path through messy professional landscapes. I have worked with and within global Fortune 500, government and private firms to create the strategy and structure of multimedia content that drives success outcomes for customers and employees alike. I'm also heavily hands-on in creating that content. I am a confident writer, instructional designer, video producer and editor, and voiceover artist. I'm as comfy creating clear, straightforward technical content as I am leading a live training session or creating a beautifully-edited training video. I'm experienced also in the higher-level systems design of how we help employees or customers to have smoother journeys with us - using Voice of the Customer principles and information architecture tenets to design processes, journeys, content and communities that are enjoyable and easy to use. I enjoy writing about a wide range of Customer Experience and UX-related topics - experience design, communication, learning at work, communities, identity at work, language, AI, working culture, automation, empathy and more. I've written for Zendesk, G2 Crowd, CustomerThink, ICMI, CX Accelerator, Business2Community and a host of other places.
