My ability to create extravagant events under budget and within a deadline have helped me to find great success in my career. It is that focus on success that I would bring to your company.Currently, I am the primary Project/Event Coordinator within our department, as well as several other duties and responsibilities. One event that I have been tasked with is Career Gallery Business Day; this career fair is the largest career fair on MSU’s campus and one of the largest in the State of Michigan. Last year’s event had over 200 companies, 750 employer representatives and students in attendance. Coordinated over student interviews the day following the career fair.My communication and organizational skills ensure that each aspect of an event is done properly. My strong abilities as a team leader brings projects to a successful completion. I use my strong networking skills, my exceptional attention to detail to help create memorable events and to build strong relationships.My resume will highlight my ability to develop, work, monitor, analyze and reconcile a budget. I do research annually on how other schools prepare, plan and implement career fairs and events. I monitor contracts and agreements related to career events and Lear Career Center Advisory Council to ensure the proper use of monies and to ensure that all provisions are met. Prepare budgetary reports to our College Dean and Director related to events and our general budget, as I am also our departments’ fiscal officer and human resources person.Contact me directly for full resume and additional information
