As a Senior Living Consultant at Neighborly Senior Placement, serving the Tri-Valley, Contra Costa and Napa Counties, I assist families and individuals in finding the right senior living solutions. With in-depth knowledge of the local senior living landscape, I provide personalized guidance tailored to each client’s care needs, preferences, and budget. My goal is to simplify the decision-making process and ensure peace of mind by connecting clients with the best options for themselves or their loved ones. I bring a strong background in healthcare administration and recreation therapy, with extensive experience in leadership and director roles within senior living communities. Simultaneously, I am conducting a qualitative study for my doctoral capstone on the adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) across multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), with a dual focus on identifying factors hindering full adoption and examining the impact of operational efficiency and leadership practices. This doctoral journey has deepened my expertise through rigorous research, coursework, and project work, further enhancing my ability to drive organizational growth and improve patient outcomes.
