With over 10 years of work experience in various roles and industries, I am a passionate and versatile People Operations Manager at Ragozzino Foods, a leading custom frozen foods manufacturer. I have a SHRM-CP certification. My mission is to create a positive, safe, and productive work environment for all employees, and to support the company's growth and innovation goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my current role as People Operations Manager, I am responsible for the full cycle of human resources and operations functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, payroll, performance, and compliance. I have developed and conducted new hire orientation, onboarding and employee termination processes, and ensured compliance with company policies and procedures. I have also assisted and verified payroll for over 200 associates, using various software platforms such as ADP, UAttend, and Blueforce. Additionally, I have scheduled and conducted safety trainings, coordinated and conducted company events and meetings, and improved communication processes. Through these efforts, I have contributed to enhancing employee culture, morale, and retention, as well as optimizing operational efficiency and quality.
