I like being allowed flexibility in how I execute tasks. I have worked in customer service pertaining to retail, health insurance, collections, and one could even say education. I’m effective and do well finding ways to be more efficient if possible. I also strive and succeed at meeting deadlines and work well under pressure. I work competently within a team and am comfortable offering suggestions, insight, and feedback as well as accept constructive feedback for self improvement. I have the ability to examine an idea or plan and identify possible weaknesses and offer solutions to rectify the problems. I don’t mind picking up slack or filling in for others in times of need. I am not sure what my next step is, but I have a proven record of remaining employed for long lengths of time. I do not job hop but rather invest myself. I am interested in finding employment within a company with low turn over that honors a work life balance and allows me flexibility to complete my daily tasks appropriately with my own spin.
