About Kayla Fleming

The two things that light me up most are travel and people! Meeting, understanding and connecting with people fascinates me, and there’s no better way to learn more about humans, than adventures to different parts of the world. I’ve spent my career, so far, combining the two and am always on the lookout for incredible opportunities that allow me to connect with people, and see more of the globe! My experience in the dynamic Travel and Tourism sector ranges from Tour Leading across Europe, to General Managing a wonderful Perth-based luxury tour operator. Whatever the role, it’s always been about leveraging relationships for better outcomes. I love to problem solve and am always up for a challenge. I like to keep things lighthearted, don’t take myself too seriously and my biggest career values are autonomy, growth and fun!
