For over a decade, I’ve worked in clinical labs where every detail matters — where precision, ethics, and timing directly impact patient outcomes. That foundation continues to shape how I lead today. My experience on the bench has given me a deep appreciation for data accuracy, process efficiency, and the behind-the-scenes collaboration that keeps hospitals running. Through my Executive Master of Sustainability Leadership (ASU) and MBA (CSU), I’ve expanded that perspective beyond daily lab operations — applying it to strategy, sustainability, and process improvement across healthcare settings.
