About Kayla Litton

I am a passionate and ambitious person. I believe the quality of my work is a reflection of my character. Tenacity, critical reasoning, and a little bit of grit can get you through almost any situation. I am always trying to improve myself as a whole person. I believe that problems are exciting challenges to be met and if you tackle issues head-on with a bit of logic and compassion, you will come out the other side better for it. I am a proud alum of Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana. I graduated in December 2023. I enjoyed my studies, particularly in ethics, business law, and management theory. I switched to a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration so that I could take Spanish to become bilingual. My goal is to use this second language to facilitate communication with the millions of Spanish speakers worldwide, both in interpersonal situations and in the business sphere. I enjoy my work in Procurement at ECS Solutions, Inc. I am grateful to be part of a great team of highly capable and talented individuals. I love that I can support their engineering work by getting the parts and products in and out the door on time and on budget for them.
