I began my professional journey at 14, balancing work with academics and developing a strong foundation in time management and customer service. Over the past decade, I’ve grown within the healthcare field, taking on progressively advanced administrative and leadership roles. Previously, I served as the sole full-time receptionist at a busy dermatology clinic, managing front desk operations for four physicians and supporting patient care and product sales. After relocating, I joined a fast-paced allergy clinic as a Patient Care Coordinator, where I was quickly promoted to Front Desk Supervisor and now serve as Operations Manager. In this role, I oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in workflow, referral management, and patient experience. Known for my reliability, organization, and collaborative leadership style, I’m passionate about operational excellence and continued growth in healthcare administration.
